These terms are noted as private and cannot be used as an open source policy for any project. All terms stated here are subject to change and can be modified by any approved Jonin dev without notice or warning.

The term “Jonin” in the following section regards to the services under Jonin, this includes: the Discord bot Jonin, the Discord bot Blueberry, the npm module jonin-services, any any other service created by the AJD. The service using this policy includes all the code regarding the service.
The terms “service” and “project” are freely exchangeable and one term can be used to represent both, a project can be a service and a service can be a project. The reader cannot use a misinterpretation as a loophole to access code, as this will be a break in terms.
All code used by Jonin is subject to this policy and will follow the terms stated here, this policy excludes services used that are not created by an AJD which includes: external modules, external integrations, and any other service used not created by an AJD.
All code created for Jonin is subject to this policy and will follow the terms stated here including services and modules that are created or related to an AJD.
If any code was to be shared without the notice of the developers, the proper action will be taken, this includes: reporting the individual or group, requesting to discontinue the sharing of code, and/or any decision made by an AJD.
Any code used or created by an AJD is automatically protected by this policy and all the terms that are included.
If an AJD was to share Jonin related code they will not face any consequences as they shared code willingly and it is implied the dev got approval from the receiving user that it will not be publicly shared.
This policy only represents the AJD as supporting terms and each dev has the ability to use their own policy and these terms do not protect your own project if you were to use Jonin related code.
Once code from Jonin is implemented onto another project, unless the project is protected by these terms, it is not subject to this policy, and the AJD have the right to request the code to be removed from the implementation.
If you were to receive faulty code from a Jonin dev, they are not held liable for sharing the code but you will be held liable for not checking, this includes: broken code, outdated code, nuke code (purge all program services), or any related case.
